Request a free staging estimate in minutes — just fill out our quick form and we’ll get back to you with a rough estimate.
Interested in working with us? Schedule a consultation for an exact quote — the $250 fee is waived when you choose to stage with us.
We offer three different staging options. Budget, Basic and Premium. The boxes in the form are set for our most affordable budget package.
De-Staging Request
We strongly recommend de-staging after all contingencies have been lifted. Houses often fall out of escrow leaving the potential to sit on an empty house again. We want to avoid this and that's why we recommend waiting.
As soon as your contingencies are lifted, you can easily fill out the de-staging form on our website and we will make sure we have your house de-staged within 10 days.

Congratulations!
FAQ'S
Why should I stage my home?
On average, staged properties sell faster and at a higher price than un- staged properties. At Mokum Homes it is our goal to help you sell your property for the highest dollar amount in the shortest period of time.
How long does it take to stage a home?
Staging usually takes 1-2 days depending on the size of the property.
How far in advance should I book a staging project?
The more time we have to prepare for your project the better, but we understand that real estate listings can move very quickly. If we have a signed contract, we can usually have the house staged within 7 days.
Where do you get your inventory from?
Unlike a lot of other staging companies, we don’t source our pieces in bulk. We get our items from all over because we want to avoid having our projects look generic.
How much does it cost to stage a home?
It really depends on the size of the house. At Mokum Homes we offer three different package options. Budget, Basic and Premium. Our Basic package starts at $2100.
I want to stage my home, but I only want to stage a few rooms, is that possible?
We have a minimum budget package where we stage the living room, kitchen, dining area and one bathroom.
Do you stage occupied homes?
We are currently only staging vacant homes.
How long will my house be staged for?
Our standard contract is for a two-month lease. We can always extend if needed but we hope that's not necessary!
Do I de-stage immediately after we have a bid on the house?
No, we recommend keeping the house staged until all contingencies are lifted. We also recommend talking to your realtor about this and keeping us updated so we can schedule you in for a de-staging day. There is an easy form on our website you can fill out to request a de-stage.
I signed a two-month contract but sold my house the first day on the market, do I get my money back?
Congratulations! We have a minimum lease of two months and that will stay the same no matter how quickly the house is sold.
